How to order online:
Guest or Registered User: You may order as a guest (recommended method) or as a registered user.
Guest Orders: Only input your e-mail address (the same e-mail on your OIP customer profile)
Registered Users: First register by inputting your e-mail, password, and name. You will be sent an e-mail with your username – this is the same as your e-mail address. Later, when placing an order, log in using your username (i.e. e-mail) and password.
Payments: Cash (yen or dollar) on delivery or PayPal (dollar only) payments are accepted. When paying by cash select the “credit/money order” button during checkout. Although only cash payments (not money order nor checks) are accepted.
How do I know that my order has processed?
After placing an order you will be redirected back to the “shop now” page. If you would like to check on an order go to the “cart” page under the “shop now” menu and input your e-mail address (registered users will first need to log in at the “checkout” page).
The cart will list your order as pending. Once I see the order, the status will change from “pending” to “entered”, and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please e-mail to check on your order.
Note: There is not a “thank you for your order” message immediately after placing an order, nor an automated e-mail confirming your order, like the old system provided, instead you are returned to the “shop now” page.
